CREATE Inc. Residential Services We are a nonprofit organization housed in the Sullivan Place Apartment building in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. Its purpose is to coordinate services for the residents living primarily in Sullivan Place, as well as residents living in River Roads Manor, Mt Vernon Apartments, and Grand South Senior Apartments. A resource for information on various services provided by area agencies. These services may include, but are not limited to, non-emergency medical transportation, healthcare services and activities. Trips are often arranged to various social destinations. The cost of some of these services may be the sole responsibility of the resident and may not be covered in full or in part by CREATE. Before receiving services from CREATE, residents must register. Registration is a confidential process, which should take no more than thirty minutes and will only be conducted when an appointment is scheduled
